• Jason Ong presented a systematic review and meta-analysis on whether social network approaches to HIV testing should be offered as an additional HIV testing approach and found that providing SNA as an additional approach for delivering HIV testing services could improve equity and contribute to global goals to eliminate HIV. Erica Hamilton presented acceptability results from the Long-acting injection for teens (LIFT) study and reported that CAB LA is generally acceptable to this population, but barriers like injection site pain, still exist. Barriers and facilitators should be discussed with future clients as part of the decision-making process around HIV prevention product choice. Nathan Ford presented data from the WHO clinical platform for COVID-19 and highlighted that while the mortality risk among HIV-negative people decreased drastically in the Omicron wave, only a modest reduction was observed in PLHIV, especially in those with low CD4. Booster vaccine should be given to PLHIV even during low-incidence phases. Cheewanan Lertpiriyasuwat highlighted that the HIV prevention programme in Thailand has been focused on a key population model but non-KP women still account for a quarter of new infections. Policies to target non-KP, particularly non-KP women are necessary to end AIDS in Thailand

Providing a social network approach to HIV testing could help reach the” first 95” and contribute to the goal of eliminating HIV as a global health threat. CAB-LA is acceptable for adolescents in Southern Africa and provides another critical option in HIV prevention choice for young African women. Reduction in mortality attributable to SARS-CoV-2 variants may vary by population. WHO guidelines recommend booster vaccine for PLHIV and prioritizing ARV start. Thailand has implemented a successful key population-focused HIV prevention programme however policies to target non-key population, particularly non-KP women are necessary to end AIDS in Thailand
