This session will showcase Zimbabwe's successful approach to strengthening their nationally led KP program through collaborative partnerships and progressive leadership and share lessons learned from implementing a National Key Populations Technical Support Committee embedded within the Ministry of Health and Child Care and the National AIDS Council. The session will highlight human-centered design solutions, such as the ColourZ program, for reaching unique archetypes of MSM individuals and improving the consumer experience for HIV prevention care and treatment services. Additionally, the symposium will explore expanded choices for new PrEP delivery systems, integration of mental health and harm reduction support, and improved precision in size estimation for sex workers using granular program data. Finally, the symposium will emphasize the importance of KP community leadership in creating safe spaces at the national and sub-national level for KP communities to strategize and influence the HIV response, raising impetus for strengthening community-led monitoring in the HIV response.
