This session will start by describing the present landscape of emerging sexual cultures and social contexts that pose unforeseen challenges to ongoing efforts to meet the 2030 targets. Then it will showcase innovative interventions and programmes that have been set up in response to contexts, such as: the escalating migration resulting from humanitarian crises and also from increasing poverty around the world; new forms of human trafficking involving both adults and children; and evolving sexual cultures resulting from the coalescence of PrEP, sexualized drug use and apps facilitating sexual networking.
